High Praise

We recently used Braised in the South for our wedding. They were so easy to work with and were able to create a perfect menu for our reception. They brought their food truck out to Folly Beach and served our guests excellent food. Their food was delicious, and their service was fantastic. We didn't have to worry about a thing- they took care of it all. Having a food truck at our wedding was fun, easy, and really added to the atmosphere we were looking for. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding perfect!
